CARES has joined the growing list of private and public sector organisations to commit to championing fundamental cultural change underpinning the Building Safety Charter.

Update following the trade deal between the UK and EU – the UK Conformity Assessment mark and UK Notified Bodies.

A review of the detailed trade deal agreement has not indicated any change by the EU to recognise UK Notified bodies, neither are there any details as to whether a mutual recognition agreement is planned which will allow this in the near future.
